Why We’re Investing in Quality Real Estate at the Top of the Market

I recently had the opportunity to author a byline for Chain Store Age in which I shared Unison Realty Partners’ investment outlook for 2016. While many investors are going after more opportunistic deals, choosing to take more risks to reach higher yields, Unison is taking a different approach. Why?
