Constructed in 1987, the center is anchored by Michaels Stores, Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW), and Dollar Tree Stores. The center serves a strong demographic community with over 61,000 residents earning an average annual income of more than $90,000 living within a 3-mile radius. Hooper Commons is located at 1350 Hooper Avenue (40,000 vehicles per day) and across the street from Target and Lowe’s Home Improvement.
