Built in 2006, the property is shadow-anchored by a 125k SF Target Department Store and a 98k SF off-mall concept JCPenney (featuring in-store Sephora and Disney Store concepts).1 In 2008, Christmas Tree Shops (S&P rated BBB+) was added to the tenant mix as an anchor, and is one of three stores serving all of South Central PA. Today, the property is 99% leased to a stable and diverse mix of fashion, service and food tenants. The center is well-located off the highly trafficked Interstate 283 and features two entrances, both at signaled intersections with prominent pylon signs.
